Your User name is your email address.<\/p>\n Select Team Managment from the top menu.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Step 3.\u00a0 Select the team you are working with.\u00a0 If you coach two teams, they should both be listed and you will need to repeat these instructions for both teams.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Step 4. Log into your gotsoccer team account.<\/p>\n 2. On the\u00a0HOME<\/b>\u00a0page, select at the top, the tab that says\u00a0\u00a0\u201cRoster\u201d.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n 3. Under\u00a0\u201cView by Event\u201d<\/i><\/b>\u00a0there will be a drop down menu. Select the Las Vegas Mayor\u2019s Cup.\u00a0 Be sure to pick the correct event as we have a number of events each year.<\/p>\n 4. Gotsoccer will automatically generate 2 (two) rosters. If no roster or 1 (one) roster appears, look for the tab that says\u00a0\u201cGenerate Roster\u201d.<\/i><\/b>\u00a0This will bring up the 2 (two) rosters.<\/p>\n 5. Make sure the top roster and the bottom roster\u00a0MATCH<\/b>.<\/p>\n 6. Look at the bottom roster, if there are any guest players in green select the\u00a0\u201cAdd\u201d<\/i><\/b>\u00a0button if one appears. This will move the guest player to the top roster. If the guest player is already added to the top roster and there is no\u00a0\u201cAdd\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/b>button on the bottom roster, the player is already correctly added.<\/p>\n 7. If your roster has more than\u00a0<\/span>12 (twelve)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>players for\u00a0<\/span>U9 & U10 teams<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>16 (sixteen)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>players for\u00a0<\/span>U11 & U12 teams<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and 22 (twenty-two)\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>players for\u00a0<\/span>U13-U20 teams<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and are looking to add a guest player or new player to take the place of the player not attending, you will need to remove the player not attending from the Mayor\u2019s Cup Event before the system will allow you to add the guest\/ new player.<\/p>\n *Please Note:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/span>A maximum of 5 (five) guest players are allowed per team for the Mayor\u2019s Cup Event. For all U13-U20 teams, a maximum of 22 (twenty-two) players are allowed with 18 (eighteen) players nominated per match.<\/p>\n 8.\u00a0Removing a player from the Mayors Cup:\u00a0<\/b>On the bottom roster select the player\u2019s name that is not attending. Select the\u00a0\u201cEvent Attendance\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/b>tab, this will give you a list of events, click the remove button next to the Mayor\u2019s Cup event. This will then highlight the player in\u00a0ORANGE<\/b>\u00a0on your bottom roster, marking them as not attending, giving you the ability to add a guest\/ new player.<\/p>\n 9. Take a picture of the passes or save as a PDF or .jpg file.\u00a0 Upload the image of your passes into your GotSport application.\u00a0 Instructions to do so are found <\/span>HERE<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span>Please confirm that the image is clear and large enough to read all of the information on the cards.<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n
